Child & Teen Mental Health Therapy
Our Promise to Parents & Kids
We promise to honor you child’s sensory sensitivities and needs - we won’t bat an eye at stimming behavior, “random” noises, repeated phrases, or pacing.
We promise to recognize that eye contact is hard and that the little social cues are confusing. Your child says something socially “taboo” - well, we will respect the honesty.
We promise to believe your child and seek to understand the world from their perspective. We will do everything in our power to learn about their neurotypes so the burden of educating us is not on you.
We promise to guide your child back to the conversation with kindness and will offer patience if they tend to be a topic hopper.
We promise to celebrate and get to know our clients’ focused interests - may that be bees, plants, super heroes, youtubers, space, minecraft, the way elevators work.. we love that something is loved with passion.
We promise to provide therapy and support for all kinds of minds.
Child & Teen Mental Health Therapy
A space where kids and teens can be fully themselves—no masking or changing who they are. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in ways that honor each person’s communication style, sensory needs, and pace. Therapy focuses on supporting regulation, self-understanding, and practical strategies that work for each individual’s unique brain and environment. Sessions are typically weekly or every other week.

In-Home or Virtual Care
We provide support where your child feels safest and is most familiar —whether at home, at school when possible, or online. Being in familiar, comfortable spaces helps children practice new skills and grow in the places that matter most. Our team serves Chicago’s North Side and North Shore, with virtual options for families outside these areas.
Together, we explore how both partners can express needs clearly, understand each other more deeply, and be more connected. The focus is on curiosity instead of criticism, and on building a relationship that honors each partner’s way of thinking, feeling, and connecting. We support mixed neurotpye couples, couples parenting neurodivergent children, and neurodivergent couples.
